1. Booking and Deposit

A minimun of 2 services is require for each booking (with the exception of hair/makeup trials)

If only one service is booked, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

 

We require a 50 % booking fee to confirm and secure your date. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.

The outstanding balance is then paid 7 days prior to the day or cash on the day.

​​

The booking fee is non-refundable.​

2. Travel

​​

· Withing 20 minutes from Wanaka – free

· Queensberry - $50

· Queenstown, Alexandra - $ 150

· Clyde, Crownwel - $100

· Tekapo, Mt Cook - $500

· Glenorchy - $400

· Please enquire for other locations

3. Early morning call out fee

 

If we are required to leave early, to be with you at an early hour in the morning. A fee will apply. Please ask for our rates. It is dependent on the timeframe.

 

4.Cancellation and Rescheduling

 

Cancelations are not elegible for a refund of the deposit.

 

Request for rescheduling must be made at least 30 days before the original appointment date.

 

Rescheduling is subjet to availability.

 

5. Photography and Promotion

 

We may take photographs of the make up and hair styling, unless otherwise specifies by the client.

 

If you wish to opt out of being photographed, please let us know in advance.

6. Arrival and Preparation

Please ensure you are ready and available at the agreed upon location at the scheduled appointment time.

​

It is recommended that you have clean and dry hair and a clean face free from make up prior to the appointment.

​​

If you arrive late to the appointment, the allocated service time may be reduced. The full service fee will still apply.

7. Allergies and illness

​

We are not under any circumstances responsible for any allergic reaction to products used.

The onus is on the client to notify us if you or anyone in the group has particular sensivity that are aware of. We will be happy to use your products that you are familiar with.

Please be considerate of my practice if you are sick or have a contagious illness.

 

8. Satisfaction

 

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the results. please comunicate your feedback during the appointment to allow us the opportunity to address your concerns.

 

9. Unforeseen circumstances

 

Circumstances or events which is outside the control of the parties for example, flood, storm, earthquake, natural disaster, fire, explosion, warfare or other hostility, invasion or infestation, embargo, strike, interruption to transportation, pandemic, government laws or regulation or restrictions, or any hazardous situation.

In the unlikely event that are unable to provide make up and hair services for your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and make every attempt o secure another stylist in our place. There will be no monetary compensation for the change of stylist. If there is no replacement, we will refund you.

10. Agreement acceptance

​

By making a deposit payment and booking our services. you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
